Can I get delivery of FIJI Water at my office or business location?
Yes. FIJI Water provides delivery service to homes, offices and business locations across the continental United States.
Can I get delivery of FIJI Water in Canada?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer FIJI Water Delivery in Canada. We are working on adding this service in the coming months. Please check back soon.
How do I get water automatically on a monthly basis?
You can order convenient monthly service by signing up for our recurring and subscription plans. Select the plan you would like to receive and place it in your shopping cart. Service will begin within the next few days and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service please call customer service at 888-426-4602 or email Delivery@FIJIWater.com.
Why should I prepay for a subscription?
You will be able to benefit from our discounted rates by committing to 3 or more months of service. To order at our discounted subscription rates, start by checking out our Plans. You have a choice of 3, 6 or 12-month subscriptions. Select the plans you would like to receive and place them in your shopping cart. Service will begin within the next few days and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service (e.g. delivery dates and addresses) please call customer service at 888-426-4602 or email Delivery@FIJIWater.com.
How do I modify my order/service once it has been placed?
If you have signed up for “My Account” while placing your order, you will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. To modify other components of your recurring or subscription order, such as quantities, delivery dates, etc., please send an email to Delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888-426-4602.
How do I cancel my order/service once it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring order, please send an email to Delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888-426-4602 as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted subscription orders (i.e. our 3, 6, and 12-month plans) cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Often, your order will be shipped on the same day it was placed. If your order was placed after 11AM or over the weekend it will typically ship on the following business day.
How will my order be shipped?
The vast majority of orders is shipped UPS ground and should arrive within the next few days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders), your delivery may arrive via a special delivery service.
Is expedited delivery service available?
Currently, we offer free ground shipping only. In most large metropolitan areas, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Soon, we will also begin offering expedited shipping options at an additional surcharge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply open the email and click the link "Track your package". If you have difficulty please email Delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888-426-4602.
Can I ship my order to multiple locations/addresses?
- At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of FIJI Water delivered to two or more different addresses.
- Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
At this time FIJI Water does not accept returns.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at 888-426-4602 or email us at Delivery@FIJIWater.com. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item free of charge.
Can I receive a refund if my order arrived damaged or is missing?
- We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. If you, however, feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately at 888-426-4602 or email us at Delivery@FIJIWater.com. We will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.

Why should I create an account?
- Creating an account allows you to take full advantage of the FIJI Water Delivery and other features we offer. Creating an account will allow you to save and update your personal information for future orders and shipments, control your newsletter subscriptions, and review your order history for your online as well as phone orders placed after signing up. Soon, you will also be able to start earning rewards for your FIJI Water purchases and other actions within your account.
- I see additional orders in My Account. What are they?
- If you purchased a Recurring or Subscription Plan you will see additional orders placed in your My Account. These are shipping orders from our wearhouses and not additional transactions or double transactions. This is an easy way for you to keep track of the shipments.
Is there additional discount on bulk orders?
