The vast majority of orders are shipped via UPS ground and should arrive within 3-5 business days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g., large quantity orders over 30 cases), your delivery may arrive via a special delivery service and arrive within 5-10 business days.

FIJI Water uses the standard “best by” date for all water sold in the United States of two years. The “best by” date can be found on the back of each FIJI Water bottle, beneath the label. The FDA does not require an expiration date.

FIJI Water has a perfectly balanced 7.7 pH. Pure or purified water has a pH of 7. Drinking and natural water can range in pH due to dissolved minerals and gases. Solutions with a pH of less than 7 are said to be “acidic” and those higher than 7, “alkaline.”

One hundred percent of FIJI Water is from a single source in the pristine, tropical Fiji islands, an archipelago of over 300 islands nestled in the South Pacific, more than 1,600 miles from the nearest industrialized country. It is bottled at the source in the remote Yaqara Valley on the island of Viti Levu.

Artesian water comes from an aquifer; a naturally formed underground chamber consisting of layers of permeable volcanic rock that bears water, overlain by protective rock that limits the entry of contaminants into the confined aquifer and pressurizes the chamber. In order to access the water, the rock barrier must be penetrated by a borehole or the creation of a well.
